Your measurements are also terrible. "Scoops?" Scoops of what? You didn't even go into the types of blends and how important it is to not overpower the coffee with sugary flavors, otherwise it loses its acidity. It is VERY important for coffee to have a subtle acidity. People who don't like their coffee to melt the insides of their mouths are tea drinkers.
Different blends feature different tastes and ways the coffee can kick your mouth's ass. Each has a type of acidity that's unique to it. Some blends are smooth and creamy, while others are bitter and hard. Sojiro would be ashamed of you and you should be ashamed of yourself for sullying coffee's good name.
