Restored Colossal Factory (Unique Building + RICO version)

Description
A 15x8 Landmark based on the abandoned factory model. Inspired by GiometryE's conversion of the same building.

Other Notes:
  • There used to be a note about obscene tri count here. It's still heavy on the triangles, but not as much (EDIT 10/18/2018)
  • The prefab icon may show the 'already built' overlay due to a bug. It can still be placed without problems.
  • Once again, shout outs to GiometryE for the inspiration to make this.
  • LUT used in the screenshots is 'Colorful Summer Day' by CreativeDEX.

Updated this one to balance some stats around and optimize the model triangles a bit.
There's a chance existing instances of the factory may dissapear from your cities because of the update. I apologise for any inconveniences in that case.

@Big Shaq: It's in 'Unique buildings' (the skyscraper-looking button), under the landmarks subcategory (the pyramids-like one) It should be at the end of the list. You may have to scroll said list to see the building as that subcategory is usually used for the european and deluxe landmarks.
