Dawi: Stubborn&Unbreakable

This mod makes all dwarfs unbreakable (not Overhaul compatible).

Reason: I made this mod for scenarios on custom maps where dwarfs defend their karaks. I tought that it would be stupid if the dawi, who are known for their stubborn behaviour, would gave up their karak and run for their lives.

(Most inspiration came from the Siege of Karak Kadrin)
