He said the Church would be destroyed , too. Exact words, "Church will be destroyed."
That's not what Jesus- Yeshua, if you go by His True Name -said. When Our Lord said that the One Holy, Universal, and Apostolic Church will NEVER be overcome by the Gates of Hell, Jesus meant it. It doesn't matter what denomination you follow, if you are a Believer and you serve God, and you worship and obey Jesus, then by your faith you are part of that Church. That's how you can tell Ezekiel doesn't have the Holy Spirit in him. He actually thinks the Church will be overcome by his real taskmaster. He is a slave to sin.
Ezekiel, like every servant of the Father of Lies, runs when a Believer draws the Sword of the Spirit (God's Word), and recoils when his flaming darts are repulsed by the Shield of Faith. If you actually try to engage him, he cowers, because his cult is not of God.
