You have to watch Videos and Streams to pick up the Game because the in-game Tutorials are awful but if you do that you can get into it fairly quickly, but even people with thousands of hours still find new things either to get better or just to have fun.

Even with the extreme decrease in the amount of Grind over the last half year, it still takes a good thousand hours to truly get every gameplay-related thing to max level. If you don't need everything maxed out, than a few hundred hours are enough, which would then be an Average Grind Level.

The Game doesn't have a definitive End and as I've said even with thousands of hours you can still find new things. Right now a new Chapter with new Content comes about every 3 months and in between comes a balance patch with minimal to medium significant changes.
