fix the bots, update the game

This game was genuinely was my favorite game for a time... until the updates got worse and worse, stupid mechanics on killers were getting added to the game. (insta kills are not fun) Every update they make survivor more and more unplayable and killer more easy and boring, such as nerfing adrenaline, a perk which only activates at endgame in which most of your matches you wont even be able to use it. The devs barely know how to run their games, if you look at bhvrs game history many have been a flop.

I play survivor and i have a horrible time not only because there is basically no skill based mm but having to rely on braindead teammates bringing a perk which makes them spend over a minute on healing.

This game is one of the most toxic games you will ever play, if you even dare to play good against a killer you will be flamed at the endgame chat, even if you play fair or play bad you will be flamed. This brings me to my next topic, targeting. Slugging (Knocking all/multiple players down and making them bleed out), tunneling (Focusing and targeting one player at a time and forcing them to be the next to die), and camping (Staying near the hooked player forcing them to go through all the hook stages and make it very hard to be saved) are some of the issues this game faces, obviously these mechanics are part of the game and your allowed to use them but they make for such an unfun time it is an unspoken rule to not do it.

Remember how earlier i said how there is almost no skill based matchmaking? You could be a 2000 hour player and still play with new players which is how experienced players end up with unwinnable matches, you could be finishing all the gens while the 2 hour newbie is browning out.

This game is supposed to be about horror, right? If you have played this game for over 5 hours this game doesnt become scary. There are a few instances where this game can be scary such as a Michael Myers with scratched mirror, super fun btw.

How could some of these issues be fixed? First of all we need a casual and ranked gamemodes separating casuals from pros, we would also need a hidden mmr putting braindead killers against braindead survivors. And obviously you could easily fix tunneling by giving survivors longer hit immunity and longer speed buff if they are hooked consecutively, slugging could also be fixed by making it so you could stand back up after a certain amount of time on the ground. Camping has somewhat been fixed by the devs adding a bar that fills up when the killer stands near you and when it reaches the max it lets your unhook, the problem with this is that the range isnt far enough so killers instead proxy camp where they instead stay near the hook from a farther distance which causes the bar to barely fill up.

I would not recommend the game in its current state because its way to toxic and too hard for newer players, the game is also pay to win.

Way to grindy and the gameplay is super repetetive, just play warframe for a better grind game.
