如果说安东星是令人厌恶的赫鲁晓夫同志，那你还会得到鸽子笼般的赫鲁晓夫楼，而如今的BVVD，就是脑子里住满了草履虫的戈尔巴乔夫同志，贫穷的人会因饥饿而死，而有钱的阜南，将会开着他崭新的K52武装直升机从西伯利亚去往莫斯科买面包，然后再返回西伯利亚疗养院继续忍饥挨饿，至于那些拥有全部礼包和DLC的寡头们，则因为没有足够的穷人来衬托他们而变得一切都索然无味
