This became my favourite game of all time!, it's been months and I can't stop playing it.
Usually with this type of games I want to be done with the main story as quick as possible and side missions seem boring to me. With Horizon I love searching for collectables and finding new side missions, the characters and stories are compelling and easy to read through. It all seems natural.

Not to mention the protagonist is a well written strong woman, she can handle a t-rex machine and still have feelings for her family and friends, something some writers can't achieve. Aloy is strong without being a Mary Sue and her troubles and worries are relatable.
