I'm done trying to beat this. For the moment at least.

Stuck at the end of lvl 6. Tired of resorting to youtube walktroughs to pass the lvls. I feel humiliated.

Some of the levels are designed to make you rip your hair off.

The game is not bad, quite good, its basically Doom star wars edition. But the confusing stupidly designed lvls and puzzles which the game barely gives you a hint on how to solve them ruined the game for me. The controls are bad and theres no keybind feature.

Get it if you are a diehard Star Wars fan. Or if you are someone that loves annoying stupid puzzles in ACTION based FPS games.

Will try beating this and making a proper review eventually. But for now I feel like punching whoever was responsible for the lvl design in this game really hard in the face. Multiple times.....

Not even close to a full review. I will get on that later. Just a quick first impression.

So this is maybe a bit of misunderstanding from my part. Or the developer is just being misleading himself.

Before buying it and playing. I only looked at the title. The thumbnail of the game, and the first screenshot. I tend to do that, only looking enough for me to decide whether I should buy it or not. So I can save some surprise that the game might have for me. And this one did surprised me, but not in a good way... Anyway moving on.

So after giving a quick look I thought to myself. Man so this is somekind of loveletter to Starcraft-like RTS games where you're are playing as the aliens gathering resources, evolving and eventually consuming everything? Than I also looked at the reviews, and it was mostly positive, which it was an even greater insentive for me to buy it. Being a huge fan of RTS and alien creatures, especially the ''alien hive'' concept I did eventually bought it.

And to top it off reinforcing even more my expectations for this game, the game starts with an intro where we see human space ships and a guy is speaking about how we are in need of resources to survive and in search for resources they've found this planet in which the game takes place, confirming that we are in control of aliens. Game starts and my expections get trashed away.

First of all gameplay wise, there's nothing out of the ordinary, infact its too ordinary. If you've played warcraft 3 you've played this game. Except that Warcraft is way more fun and dinamic.
But thats not the worst part.

The worst part for me is the fact that the game doesn't really have anything to with aliens at all. Its fantasy, you are in control of some fantasy alien hive, where some humanoid insect in a robe talks to you. And guess what are your first enemies? stupid undead ghosts and skeleton lizards inside catacombs. '-'

I mean wtf man... I guess maybe this game is just not for me at all.

Better off playing the Warcraft 3 xenomorph mod than this game.

Its a football turn-base RPG game set in a weird Warhammer fantasy setting where american football is an actual thing.


So I've come back to play this game. Seriously this time. And I have to say. While it can be pretty fun and hilarious (love the commentators) It can be extremely frustating in the most disgusting sense of the word. The core of the gameplay is literally based on dice rolls. This game is a gambling machine in pixel form. No matter how good your strategy is, how much better the odds seen for you. Your entire team can and will be F%#@ in one turn.

Plus another thing that I noticed that really rustled my jimmies is that the IA is cheaty AF. Most of the time they get to roll dice, it always turn out well for them. While I keep getting double skulls and freaking arrows 80% of the time.

But if you are a Warhammer fan I do recommend to get it on sale, to at least play it once. Maybe refund if you deemed it unworthy of your time.

Skyrim with be the dragon mods does a better job as a dragon simulator than this game.

This is all I have to say about this game.

ITS SCARY AF if you try exploring the house alone.

The game really nails down the feeling of being in a slowburn horror movie.

I've covered wars, you know.

I just killed a freaking rhinoceros with a wooden axe by circling around it while hitting.

That was one of the most mentally challenged stupid craps I've ever seen.

Look....

I'm not a graphics ♥♥♥♥♥... but this was painful.

Lord knows I freaking love this style of survival horror, the original Resident Evil trilogy, Silent Hill and Dino Crisis 1&2 are still one of the best games I've ever played. My love for this now obscure genre is what compeled me to buy this in a heartbeat.

And yes I didn't expect nothing especial from this game, I know its a low budget indie title. All I expected was a nice little throwback tribute to the old school survival horror genre, and this definitely has the potential to be it.

But man those animations....

Look... the graphics are actually pretty damn nice, but the animation are pure cringe. So awkward and just overral BAD. Seriously the ps1 era resident evil games had better animation than anything in this game.

6: You can build an entire army of Legolas (Wood Elves)

7: You can re-enact the angry treeman scene from Lord of the Rings the Two Towers

8: You can re-enact the mammuth stomping scene from Lord of the Rings the Return of the King

9: Entire army of mutant crazy vicious inteligent rat men yes-yes

10: Dracula and Nosferatu are in the game

12: There are zombies, werewolves, giant killer bats and ghouls and demons too! only thing missing is the Frankenstein's monster. Perfect Halloween game!

13: Vikings that ride demonic mammuths into battle.

14: Carnivorous beserker Minoutaurs and goatmen with a deep hatred for mankind

15: Blood for the BLOOD GOD! Skulls for the SKULL THRONE!

16: Dragons

17: Entire army of dinosaur men that use even bigger dinosaurs as mounts plus humanoid giant crocodiles. Alan Grant would be proud

18: Godzilla is in the game (Dreadsaurian)

19: Grimgor Ironhide because everybody knows Green iz best

20: Gor-Rok A.K.A Reptilian Schwarzenegger

21: Tons of mods that expand this already massive game.

22: Sigmar will be with you if you buy this
