Alright, here it comes. After my modest playtime through CS 1.6, CS source, CS:GO and CS2, I think I can base my opinion to finally rate this game. CS:GO was the perfect game for me, from the map design and networking to the satisfying sound of the guns. That changed with CS2. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good game, but it has many, many flaws that CS:GO did not have. I'm talking about the gameplay and networking. How did you break the game? Why does my connection have to be routed through a random country to get 100 more ms in ping? Why does damage prediction even exist? I stop shooting after I see a ragdolled enemy lying on the floor and then get 1 tapped by a ghost? And this happens countless times.

And the cheater problem... I'm not saying CS:GO was better in terms of anticheat or anything, but for a company that makes billions in revenue of a single game, its just unacceptable to have that many cheaters.
And it's not even soft cheating like wallhack and radar, it's straight up spinbotting and aimhacking. There is no fun at all. Why does FACEIT, a third party, get a better anticheat system?

Said that, I'll still pour hundreds of hours more into this game, because I love to onetap and I'm a bit of a masochist myself. But it could be so much better. So much.
