DLCが有効化出来てない人は
左上の Steam→終了してからSteam再起動
ライブラリにあるドラクエを右クリ→プロパティ→DLCの所にある眠れる～にチェックをすればダウンロードが始まると思います。
DLCのところにない場合？それはスクエニに聞いて
