In your Mod, you need to correct this to play Ok with it:

1 Many food item can be drink by player and they starve to death trying to drink without hydratation lol

2 The next are de doctor cap, it take the weapon place and dont shoot bullet

3 In the main rules, you can mix mods toggether, the big mistake here are if you delete one of them.(the game became unstable and crash)
So keep your mode, saved in one piece before doing someting new with it and copy paste the last files you've change(in windows, arrange the files by date and select the newest you've created by a saved one => thats save me lot of time the last unstable game I've created ^^)

4 there are many building to put ingame if you want, I've found a gaspump, shop, wood cabin, motel in 4 differents pieces and maybe de vaccine for the invisible strain and withe strain ;)

Just another random name to keep it and start the game to create a new one ^^

You can open it with the logiciel TXT from windows if you want to make change inside
For me, I've just restart a game and need to set the playing rules myself(from zero)

I've play again with the modding and need to restart from zero 3 or 4 times from now lol(like it crash when I need to modified the mode ingame :/ )
So after big time to try, I've some misenderstood experience gained by mistake ^^

I've found a trouble when I want to start a new map.
After some hour trying to understand, I've just rename you setting.xml file and try to start a map.

It's work like a charm and I can play OK with your mod ^^

Do that and you can put it on the workshop again ;)
