I believe that this game deserved the hate at launch (especially paying 60e without a campaign), but right now, it's a banger if you get the game for 4e. Yeah, some maps have issues, but it isn't really that negative. It's still a Battlefield game, with an amazing atmosphere and chaos. Audio design is top-notch. You can't take that away from a BF game. Even though I'm not a fan of specialists, they did a nice update at the end to make them available through a class system. But hear me out, specialists look great. They aren't cringe like in other games. You have Irish, Boris, etc. with the look of a real soldier and you can customize them. So, not an issue for me. They also made a Portal game mode, where you can play maps from BF BC2 (one of my fav BF games I ever played), BF3, and BF1942... Some things still need a bit of balancing, but I heard that the patch is coming on December 3rd which will focus on that. On heavy discount, I def recommend this game
