Perfect example of a game with tons of potential being just thrown away because the devs are lazy.
Compressed and unfun engame experience for both aircraft and ground vehicles.

Gameplay consists of just spamming whatever is deemed "powerful" in that patch.
Devs refuse to fix atrocious balance issues.
The dev's idea of "fixing" balance is to remove vehicles that suffer from being imbalanced, rather than fixing the core issue.

Continuing development is lazy and uninspired, the newest tech tree, China, added 81 vehicles, from which, at most 6 are "new."
You still must pay to get "early access" to this tree,
not to mention the almost complete lack of anti-air vehicles, a necessity for realistic battles. (there is currently 1 in this tree)
These are just a sample of the myriad of issues I have with this game.

This game used to be really fun, I wish it still was.
Hopefully, the devs grow an additional braincell and actually fix this.
I do not recommend War Thunder in it's current state.

Update: It got worse

This game taught me how to enjoy weedwacking.

crashed into a fully loaded sundee and got all kills 13/10 would reaver again

was continuously chased by steel spheres for 5 hours. 16/10 would dupe again
