Hi all !

The First Descendant in my view is an enjoyment while grinding the multiple characters until they catch fire.
Not much you can not achieve in this game, but it needs a hell of a lot of determination !

Goods:
- Visuals are very nice, gameplay is smooth (for my PC).
- Multi platform...
- Total free (except for some 5 hours game play a day) if you do not wish to invest real money !
- You can unlock all chars available, cloth and color them and even have a pet in next season.
- Each char, weapon, reactor, etc, have their own merits or ways of play, its fun to find yours !
- You can see you char, so all alternations will be visible to you and not like other games where you cant see your char beyond the clothing fase...
- Most items like guns, cloths and objects like power reactor can be found, altered, destroyed for cash and some other parts you need to build or expand other object with.
- Huge per weapon/char improvements on reactor, external components and modules
- Test area where you can test your improvements and polish them to make you invincible !
- You can grind solo when you wish... You need a decent char dough ^^
- For people like me that get lost in the search for some component or item in most games, this game helps me find where to grind and how to proceed to unlock the "loot box" once found. Makes planning far better then most games where I get lost in !

Cons:
- Player group is not that big anymore...
- The randomness of rewards of "loot boxes" you can urn, is very bad... Some good items have per opening 6% chance to be rewarded. So sometimes you get lucky, most of the time you get something you already have 20 times...
- Back to the grind to get some more " loot boxes" and try your luck again !
- You need a team, of random players or a party of friends to advance even further your char, guns and items...
- Some big bosses that matter your progression, can not be played solo (for now), I assume that will change soon if the player base gets even smaller...
- 2 Phased maps, first is enjoyable where items grow on you in level and power, second all is max level 100...
- Way to many things to achieve in a small time window of play time (if you have a real life next to this game), you need to think ahead your grind...
- Need real money to unlock the more better items/ cosmetics in an event (even with credits earned if you proceed after paying as a reward)

When I need to clear my head, I go plan my grind playing solo for the rewards I want. Then when goal is reached, its like a downer because you know the next grind is waiting...
When I want to have fun I join random parties and meet nice people ;)

For me, a good free of pay way to clear my head ;)
