Hi, all true, I only joined Steam to get ETS2 & ATS as I could not find them available elsewhere, frankly I am against being "forced" to play a game via another "managing" programme, it adds overhead on cpu & means you are exposed to their marketing & updating policies. For example many times a game is frozen waiting for a download that I cannot do at that time (see my post re power cuts) I the game is lost to me for several days until I can download the update.
I like your site where for a nominal donation mods can be downloaded cleanly without fuss & all sorts of redirections to ads etc.
If only the games ETS2 & ATS were marketed like Farm Sim outside of Steam as all the other games I play are, I would leave Steam out. As you say it must be fun & relaxation.

Hi m8! Of course, I fully agree with you regarding the deleted mods. In fact, my "I will be banned for sure" was not a criticism, but only a reality that I experienced a few months ago, when they had canceled it. Except that here it is a matter of "nit in the egg" as we say in Italy ... in the end it is a question of putting a brand (Volvo) for which there is already a commercial agreement (ETS) between the parties, in the same game in the variant ATS. However, I do not contest and I am not critical.
I hope many users like my mod, because fun must still have priority.

I think the removal of a number of mods has to do with truck manufactures licence requirements as I note mods providing "used" trucks & others have been removed. When you get into bed with the big corporations you have to play by their rules, I know I worked for them for 55 years.

Hi, Sorry for dumb question, I only saw the link above after I had posted, I will download as soon as the latest rounds of power cuts in our area are over. We have them every few weeks due to poor management of our grid & lack of maintenance & investment in infrastructure.
