Imagine "The Line" that represents everything good and sacred in this world. Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number doesn't cross this line. Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number grabs this line, does a rail of coke off of it, and then uses it to bludgeon a late 80's Russian mobster to death before picking up his golf club and beating two of his buddies to death as well.
