So I play a lot of Hunt: Showdown. It's been fun in the past. But over the past few months, especially during the past two events, Hunt has been experiencing a growing amount of cheaters. Some of those are actual hackers, but most are people using 3rd party programs that violate the game's code of conduct. The community has been complaining about it this for years now, but recently it has been brought to the forefront. And the devs aren't doing anything about it. They say, oh we are looking into it. How long does that that? They are using 3rd party software to gain an advantage in a competitive fps shooter. That violates your code of conduct. And those who has been punished just make a new steam account and buy the game again. If you are going to play this casually, by all means, try it out. But if you end up being good at the game, prepare to face cheaters in half of your matches at 5 and 6 star MMR. It's going to be a long time before anything gets done about it. And they are going to lose players because of it. Had I known this was gonna be an issue 2,083 hours ago, I would have never started playing this game and supporting Crytek.
