the game won't respond to the company's cable..? i've tries many guitars. is there a patch or a driver i need? that would make since to be in the game's downloads...

You need a USB 2.0, idky because >3.0 detects it,,, the game should have been advertised this way "call up your local guitar shop and ask them how much guitar lessons are" "This is why our game will cost very little and have a subscription, or cost a lot to pay for the 1000s of songs."

I bought this game like 3 or 4 times because Xbox and PC, Xbox worked fine, but I don't want to use that, the PC version is hard to set up for no reason, but if it does work, go online and rip the rest of the game so you aren't stuck with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ list of music the vanilla game comes with.

the only reason I put another 19 hours of time was for the more songs added, but even with that, the Lower notes rarely register and will ruin the upgrade downgrade streak of the song.

If you want to try out this game: make sure you have a usb 2.0, set your receivers all the way up on the guitar and in the Audio control panel in the PC's OS, pray, if it works, sail the 7 seas to get the music, I wish there was a way to split to ownership bill to the music makers but im not paying >$1000 for all the music on a mostly broken game.
