Pro
- W40k
- nice graphics

Cons
- its 2024: no FOV (your character fills at least 15% of the screen) and still no ultrawide
- low quality gameplay: execution refills armour? How? Why?
- you simply do the same thing over and over again: light attack -> light attack -> heavy attack (stun) -> execute -> repeat
- did I mention NO FOV and NO ultrawide - in 2024 - they are still not in the game (they where optional from third party mods on day 2)?
- content for 8h more or less
- constant breaks in gameplay (cutscenes and loading screens)

Summary:
It is more a playable cutscene than a game. First playthrough is epic (nice atmosphere), after 6-7h you are done with the campaign and have seen it all. No more real content than playing the same 8-9 missions again and again.
Is the game bad? No, not all but its mediocre at best and not worth it to pay more than 30 Bucks for it.

Early Access Review
If only that were the quality industry standard. How many discussions and, most importantly, how much life time it would save us ...

Given that the game is free and lacks a cash shop, it’s worth trying out. There’s a lot of potential here, especially if you’ve enjoyed games like Satisfactory or Planet Crafter. However, the game still has a long way to go, as you’ll likely hit a content wall after just 2 hours of gameplay. The game clearly needs more polish and additional features. While I understand it's in early access (version 0.2x), this review aims to be honest rather than overly positive.

Here are some of the key issues:

Lighting is nearly uniform across all elements, lacking variety.
There isn’t much content to keep you engaged for long.
Resource balance is massively skewed.
Inventory management is very tedious, with no crafting cues and too much micromanagement.
Buildings don’t snap together, which can be frustrating.
Conveyor belts are tricky to work with.

I truly wish the developers the best and hope for strong future development, but as it stands, the game doesn’t offer much value for your time.

The core game is nice. The gunfeeling is nice as well. lacks a bit of maps and variety in normal missions.

Dont buy. It is simply ... bad. Buy Stellaris and use Star Trek Mod instead. More lore, more factions/races, more tec, full galaxy, minor factions.

Take a note. Remember Nimble Giant Entertainment for this game, when they will release a new game. Remember Paradox for allowing this to be published under their name!

It sooo good its back. Had a lot of fun with it. Matchmaking is about 20s - 45s (thanks to crossplay).
Fast paced, and short rounds (5-15min, depending on the skill of the players).

Biggest downers:
- 60 fps lock
- no widescreen resolution

Summary:
If you want a really fun and fast paced moba and can life with the 60fps/no-widescsreen (i got ultrawide -.-) than at least give it a shot.

The game offers a solid experience, despite some negative reviews that may mislead potential players. Personally, along with several acquaintances, I found the gameplay smooth and devoid of technical issues such as bugs, glitches, or disconnects. Even though the optimization could be better, I achieved a consistent 90 frames per second at 4K resolution with medium settings on hardware comprising an i9-10000 processor, a 3080 GPU, and 64GB of RAM.

Cooperative play ensures that your inventory and experience points are retained upon departure, enhancing the overall multiplayer experience. Regarding the narrative, it follows a familiar Asian theme, albeit lacking in depth and occasionally resorting to tribalistic tropes. While the game's tutorials may be lacking, mastering its mechanics reveals a straightforward and motivating gameplay loop. Disregard critiques from sources like Gamestar, as they may not grasp the intricacies of the game mechanics.

In summary, while not reaching AAA status, the game is certainly commendable and doesn't warrant the low ratings it may have received. This underscores the tendency for players to conform to popular opinions without fully exploring the game's merits. I may update this review with more detailed insights in the future. Feel free to ask if you have any questions or require further clarification.

Edit: My text (i am not native) was improved by GPT.

Edit 2: There is so much to do. Every difficulty unlocks more game mechanics. Love it.
