It's actually quite difficult to recommend this game.
gameplay is basically a more fast paced MTG, for anyone who has never touched card games before, the game's easy to learn, and for those who are familiar with MTG, you'd be used to the basics of this game very quickly.

it's fully voiced (the cards can talk), and it also has cool story mode which is also fully voiced, the soundtracks are also memorable.

deckbuilding is fun, especially since they added Cross Craft (2 classes combined) you have more options to build, however most people will play the same deck or meta deck in multi, which can get boring, although this might apply to any card games ever, the problem is that even in unranked, a lot of people will still play these kinda decks. And you don't have a lot
of answers fighting against those decks unless you also play meta deck or have the luck to beat them.
This might be obvious but if you're the type of player who don't like to play with meta deck I'd recommend staying at low rank, just do your dailies, play with your friends, or just do story mode.

Another thing is that, unlike MTGA, this game doesn't give you free permanent decks, you'd only be given a ticket to "buy" a free temporary deck to play in multi. Yes there are trial decks that you can use for free in solo but that's it really, for newcomers and long time players this is not really a huge deal since newcomers can just play solo to get used to the game and long time players will have resources to build their own deck, but it's starting to become a problem if you're a returning player who don't have resources to build a deck or newcomers who want to play with other decks in multi, because you don't have many options, and daily missions tells you to play with different decks.

I think the biggest issue this game has is bots, in Unlimited low rank, I've met a bunch of bots that would stretch the game, not doing anything until their time runs out, and if they have cards to play they will play them, their goal is to make the legit players concede so that they'd get free points, you can win against those obviously, because they have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ deck, but it's really wasting people's times. Luckily I haven't met any of them in Rotation or Unranked, which some people say that they do exists in those modes.
You might think that making them auto concede when they run out of time would be a good solution but it's not that easy, because the time you're given to think in this game isn't like super long, most high-ranked players will play a turn until they run out of time because that's just how it is, to think and take actions, making sure you don't make mistakes.
Making them auto concede when they're not doing anything isn't also a solution because remember, the bots can play a card when they have enough points to play it.
So I think the solution to this would be making the turn time longer, but make them auto concede when they run out of time 3 times, just like MTGA.
I also hope that Cygames will take action and start to ban all those bots as soon as possible.

so overall, I'd recommend this game for the story mode, or you just want to play the game casually, enjoy listening to the voice of your favorite voice actors, or if you have the money or time to spend to make the good decks to play competitively.
