In the land of Middle-earth, a game was born
Lord of the Rings: War in the North, it was known
A tale of heroism, adventure, and strife
A journey that many have enjoyed in their life

But now, it seems that the game has been delisted
From Steam, the platform where it once existed
Many people missed the chance to buy
To embark on a quest, to give it a try

It's a shame that the game is no longer for sale
But I support the idea, without fail
For Warner Bros to bring it back to Steam
For others to experience, to dream

To journey through Middle-earth, to fight the foes
To explore the vast landscapes, to face the unknowns
To join the fellowship, to become part of the lore
To live the adventure, to want for nothing more

So let us raise our swords and shields
And call upon Warner Bros to yield
To bring back Lord of the Rings: War in the North
For all to enjoy, for all to go forth.

I've got BTFME 2 on disk somewhere, wish they had released it on Steam that's one of my favourites as well. Doubt it will ever come here but I guess you never know.

People thought Alice Madness returns would never come back but after a few years EA surprisingly brought it back to Steam. Problem is BTFME 2 was never released on Steam to being with which makes it hard.

You can't imagine how long I searched for a BTFME 2 to buy! This is really silly imho.

Thanks @wasabi
I am a huge fan of LOTR but mostly played BTFME1 & 2. Never heard of this one. I'll definitely check it.

Ah yeah that makes sense when it comes to LOTR, what a shame to see that happen.

I honestly thought a lot of the old Star Wars games were going to be delisted after the Disney acquisition and destruction of Lucasarts but surprisingly I don't think there is even one game from that franchise that has been taken down.

It's unfortunate with Lord of The Rings since if that's the case then it doesn't have much of a chance of ever coming back.

It can be hard since the game comes and goes from websites but can confirm that it looks like CDkeys.com just got a few copies on sale right now if you head over there.

It's also by far the cheapest one i've seen for a while.Just make sure it is compatible with your region which it should tell you before you buy it.

I think it's probably to do with the license expring. EA made parallel versions of their games in both Star Wars and LOTR such as Empire at War / Battle for Middle Earth etc. but while the Star Wars stuff is still up, all the LOTR games from that era have been removed from sale.
