+ Stunning and unique visuals which set a new standard for upcoming fps-titles
+ terrifyingly good sound-design. the gunshots will make you jump at times. you can also hear the wind blowing against your bodycam, or the heavy breathing of your character, which adds to the immersion
+ guns feel really powerful and mostly responsive. each hit can be lethal
+ after dying in TDM, you spawn as a drone and can call out enemy positions to your teammates (the drones even have flashlights + nightvision)
+ day&night-cycles give some variety in gameplay (nighttime-firefights are extremely intense, since you can be easily spotted with your turned on flashlight)

- optimization still needs some work, even more powerful systems cannot run the game with constant framerates. If you enable FSR it can boost your framerate, but at the cost of visual quality (blurry images, especially when moving or turning around quickly). NVIDIA DLSS is planned for Q3 2024 and might solve this issue for weaker systems.
- needs more maps, weapons, gamemodes, skins to ensure replayability
- bomb can be planted anywhere on the map in the bomb-mode, which is too confusing (mostly hard to track its position even with a sound-cue)
- the UI is still buggy & some options might reset after restarting the game, so you need to check them frequently

It's a remarkable piece of work, considering it has been developed only by a 17 and 20 year old. If they keep integrating community-feedback into their further development and fulfill the goals of their roadmap, it might become a fully fleshed out modern shooter. If you are satisfied with simple & quick matches, I can recommend the purchase, otherwise I advice you to wait for more optimization & content.

The Illuminates (Sony) have invaded Super Earth, but democracy won

Considering that this game has been made by only three (!) people, it is a truly remarkable achievement. Amazing gunplay, a huge variety of maps, crisp sound and all essential elements from the Battlefield games (and even including the possibility to drag downed teammates into a safe area to revive them!).
AAA devs take notice.

A monumental achievement which still holds up to this day.

If you want to experience it again, I recommend installing the free MMOD which enhances graphics, sound and gameplay elements.

Any Half-Life fan should try this!
