地图下载太慢，就不能预下载地图包吗？而且我还卡在华盛顿地图里了，一直显示是读取地图数据，但是一直进不去。把游戏卸载掉然后重装也没办法，玩了9个小时还不能退款了！

Dowload map is too slow!Do the developmenter know what is map pack?And I fail reading map of Washington forever! I uninstall the game and reinstall it,the problem is still there! Can I refund it?

问题是他的致命BUG导致我无法游玩下去了

游戏时间超过2小时一般都不能退的，退款也要符合基本法好吧
