Cities Skylines is personally a really good game. Though I would reccomend wait until it goes on sale for around 8usd rather than its normal price. The DLCs add a lot to the game that the base game lacked, lots of tourist attractions and th natural disasters make you plan ahead when designing your city. By far the best part of the game is the steam workshop support it offers, the developers left out many things that the game really should've had to begin with but the community has taken it up to fix that. All the assets and mods you can amass after browing the workshop for 30mins is crazy, play the game and after some time choose the mods and assets you couldnt go without.

The gameplay in this game is pretty good I feel, planning your city can almost feel almost to easy at times, and here is where the natural didasters DLC really shines, It just adds the extra costs and forethought about placing buildings or services here or there, and keeps you thinking because at times it can feel (only a little bit) repeditive. Other than that just putting on your own music (the in game radio is a good idea just not that great, and the normal soundtrack gets repeditive and annoying) relaxing and plan your city.

Also at times it feels as though all you are doing is balancing the budget panel to extort as much tax from citizens without them leaving and keeping the budget as low as possible, that is really my only thing against the game.

I highly reccomend this game if your interested in the genre, keeping in mind I paid full price for the game and my dlc's and I still feel it is worth it. (the dlc's are ridiculously though)

I hope this helps in some way.
