A very atmospheric and unforgettable series. The characters, their personality, the world itself and how it changes based on the decision the player makes... really tells a great tale.

It's amazing how easily it is possible to get into the story, feel sympathy or disgust for one or the other character. Gameplay is also easy and fluently, the quick time events always managable and never annoying. Just... AIM FOR THE HEAD!

I've already played the 4 seasons as standalone versions but it was so enjoyable to play them again in this Definitive Editon. The only downside may have been that I couldn't experience the story for the first time again.

This Definitive Edition includes all 4 Seasons, the 400 Days DLC for Season 1 and The Walking Dead: Michonne. It also only has achievements for chapter completition and no more annoying collectible or choice achievements. So you can just lean back and enjoy the story from the beginning to the end.

Usually a DLC offers a few more maps, a bit more music, a handful of new skills, perhaps one or two new gameplay mechanics. At first look this DLC seems to be no different, because it has all mentioned above.

But it offers even more than this! Every single level in this DLC has been designed with so much love from the devs, that it looks, sounds, plays and feels better compared to every level in the main game.

Yes, it has no additional achievements, but if you need achievements to play through a game like Trine 4, you're wrong here anyway. This DLC will make you spend a few more hours full of enjoyment in the game and it is really a worthy end to Trine 4.
