Your account has connected to a Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) protected server while running cheat software, resulting in a permanent in-game ban. Because of the detected cheat, your account will also receive a VAC ban in the near future; this is because VAC bans are issued on a delay.

As a result, your account has been permanently banned from Valve matchmaking and will not be able to trade or list items on the Community Market or receive item drops from the game you've been banned in.

VAC is designed to prevent players from using external applications to play games with an unfair advantage, and we maintain a zero tolerance policy towards cheating to establish a fair game for all players to enjoy. Even if you were unaware of cheats being used or weren't using the account at the time, the VAC ban will remain on the account. Similarly, users will also be VAC banned if they've loaned games through Steam Family Sharing and the borrower was banned.
