There's so much to say in a review for this game because it absolutely has it's ups and downs. As someone who's been around in this game and following development off and on since 2017 (first released in early access on Steam), and someone who works in game development, I feel like I have can explain peoples issues with the game and the counterpoints often brought up as well as how the game has progressed over many years.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend it with the caveat that it's not like any other game out there and it's certainly not for everyone. It's a very complex game with many in depth features so expect a learning curve. There's absolutely flaws in the game but in my opinion, it's completely worth it. Especially with how much love the developers put into the game. They're not always right with what they want to do, and they certainly don't communicate as much as they should, but they're clearly VERY passionate about this game and they continue to show it so long as you take off your jaded sunglasses.
