The only downside I could find is that you can't save your work. You could sink hours in creating a fireworks show, trying to time everything perfectly but you have to do it in one session. (Or you can just blow up a fireworks store or a gas station) Even with the quick and dirty way it's a lot of fun. The world may look cartoony but the fireworks themselves look neat. Sounds great too. Added mod support is brilliant and adds a lot of extra value. There are great fireworks being created.
