I couldn't really get it to work in single player, seems more of a tech demo than an actual product to charge money for. Multiplayer doesn't work at all. I hope it becomes a complete game in the future. Also, please remove motion blur and 120fps cap is makes me very nauseous.

This game is way more fun than it has any right to be, its so damn charming, really feels like it was made with love, i only encountered like one silly physics bug so far and thats it, absolutely a must play if you love third person action hero shooters with surprisingly awesomely animated characters and a better than borderlands art style, even works on linux.

Death Stranding is a walking simulator that would all boil down to holding W if it weren't for the constant QTEs that boil down to holding rmb or lmb and sometimes even both! wow! I assume these only exist to prevent the player from otherwise falling asleep before the one hour mark.

The story is nonsensical pretentious garbage similar to any David Cage game but without any of the charm that gives you a reason to care, Or any of the good writing mixed in with the literary masturbation that these types of games are plagued by. The story goes from hours of patience testing cut-scenes and dialogue that spews random words and actions that make you feel like you're having a bad trip, and also repeating the same very obvious things over and over and over and over and... you get it. It is hard to suspend your disbelief when you don't have any grasp of what the game wants to show you and when its pacing gives you whiplash. I found myself just muting or skipping the cutscenes due to the process of trying to follow the story giving me headaches that risk me overdosing on tylenol.

This game isn't worth $10, let alone the $32.99 I paid for it. This isn't a video game its a borderline violation of the Geneva convention. If you're sadistic enough to be intrigued by this review and wanting to try the game for yourself may i recommend smashing your face into a hard surface. Its free and is more mentally stimulating, thought provoking, and fun than death stranding directors please cut my wrists this game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ waste of time and probably not worth the effort of me writing this.

9/10 the pvp was great but i wish the boss battles were longer.

A must play for anyone that enjoys having fun.

Thematically this game is unrivalled, great graphics, sound, and UX; however the game falls short when it counts, everything is masterfully crafted up to the race day which fumbles. Tyres don't matter, strats don't matter, all the micromanaging feels like it has little to no actual impact, the race day UI sucks big time, the AI is infuriating and shatters the otherwise very immersive experience that the rest of the game provides. Overall this game clearly had a lot of care put into it and likely a lot of these issues are the product of FOM, budget, and time constraints, which is a shame because this game could have been, and I believe at some point will very likely be; the game of my dreams.

The developer is nuts. The good kind of nuts.

Great game if you like dying as soon as you spawn.

A mediocre FNaF game, a bad videogame. Buggier than Cyberpunk, almost as big in scope with a fraction of the development resources. A good concept done wrong, very wrong. There's talent on display here, there's stuff to like, but does that make it a good game? No. It's more fun to watch than to play.
