It looks pretty but the story and characters are awful, as many missions have good design there are missions that are rife with QTEs and instant fail states. Emergent gameplay is far between and variety in combat is hamstrung by flinch mechanics.

Call of Duty: WWII is dated by design.

This game is like cancer. It's growing on me.

This game is only good because of the art direction and because it lifts AOM combat. good combat plus music plus beautiful graphics and the renowned SR character creator with multiplayer. Worth $25. Which I didn't think I'd say because Deep Silver really tried to ruin this.

RIP Volition, ♥♥♥♥ DS.

(make the launcher have steam preferences to autolaunch by api and add variable rate shading and I'll be a happy man)
