From what I've seen, most of the negative reviews are Germans whining about censorship, or people who flat out suck at aiming.

No, the game isn't perfect. Lord knows that CI is far from perfect. But they have improved immensely. For the most part, the core gameplay is just like SGW3, but far more refined (better balancing, better feel, etc.).

I don't care what anyone says. I love this game.
