Absolutely gorgeous. Not for everyone, but if you are in the mood for pure story and spectacle this is an amazing visual experience.

Wonderful game.

It is hard to adequately describe this game. It is part RTS, part TBS, and part text adventure.

Really it all comes together great, but there are a few quips.
The devs made archers too strong for balance, it was patched with an option to weaken the archers however. In mideval times archers were damn effective at hailing down hell on armies. In reality this makes sense but this is a game and the difficulty presented causes the game to be a bit unbalanced.
Also, autoresolving battles is an option, but it is not ever wise to do so until very late in the campaign.

Aside from those issues this game is amazing and I am very much looking forward to the sequel. Don't bother to pick up the DLC however check metacritic first.

TL;DR = The game is great, we all know it is great, buy it if you haven't and have some fun playing the game that made VALVe

For awhile this game had some popularity from appearing on early DirectX Benchmarks, then dropped off the map for some reason.

It is a first person shooter, but feels much more like a puzzle/adventure game to me. This is the kind of gameplay that FEAR tried to become (or maybe just what I wanted it to be) It is a bit choppy though. Even on pretty decent hardware (ATI 5770 w/ 4core proc) it was a bit choppy and textures sometimes were muddy. Overall however the visual aesthetic made up for that though.

I really enjoyed the game, the atmosphere was great and I'd recommend it to those who enjoy ]the idea of 'Amnesia', but want more combat and maybe just a tad less frightening.

In my opinion, Fallout: New Vegas is vastly superior to it's predecessor; Fallout 3

There are more quests, more locations, more interesting things to do. I particualrly enjoy playing 'Caravan' a card game.. within the game. Yes.

The story is more engaging, though it starts to lose my interest near the end, probably because of my incessant combing of the wasteland for stuff to do, to the point of needless inventory management and tedious leveling. I'm not sure if I can fault the game for that however.

The DLC for NV is a bit of a different matter. I really only enjoyed 'Old World Blues' (At the time of this wrigting I have not played 'The Lonesome Road') The other two, 'Dead Money' and 'Honest Hearts' were... pointless really. They felt like needlessly padded sub-quests.. The initial 'oh wow this is new' wears off quickly.

I highly suggest 'Modding' this game for full enjoyment. There is a huge community of modders over at newvegasnexus will plenty of great content.

Charming, hard but forgiving, terrific music, short.

If you played Super Meat Boy, but found the game too challenging then pick this up. The platforming is solid and hard, but there are checkpoints in each room, so you don't have to complete an entire level perfectly the first time.

According to the End Game statistics, I died over 300 times in ONE room.

Definately reccomended.

As far as Tower Defense games go... this game is grand. The visuals are polished and striking, the voice acting is enjoyable and the developer somehow fit a somewhat moving story into the main missions. It's by no means deep, but moving just the same.

There is some strategy to the later levels for 'tower defense' experts, but the core missions are accessible to newcomers. I feel as if there are some inbalances, for instance the Flame towers seem under-powered and little used.

Overall, a solid recommendation if you can catch it for a reasonable price.

A great game, especially for free. The play style is a top down 'pseudo-isometric' shooter. It is pretty easy to control and has a great matchmaking system. Probably the best free game I've played in a very long time.

It is nice to see the game being offered in it's entirety. There are no micro-payment shenanigans or subscription fees, just an honest to goodness game. Worth the download.

It is also good to see full STEAM achievement and save syncing with this game.

Excellent game, definately a must if you are a fan of the greatest detective.

The thing I enjoyed most about this game was the visual direction, Arkham Asylum is stunning, I felt immersed in the game rather often. The combat is definitely impressive, it's hard to make hand-to-hand combat good in a video game, I think AA has done the best job so far, it could use some work, but it never got too repeditive. There is a lot of exploration in the game and a large ammount of collection items if you are into that sort of thing. All in all, a highly reccomended game.

Fun for playing with friends, though the single player is good as well, playing through it a second time. :)
