Don't even think play this game online outside of NA !
The game is great, trully. Best fighting game experience I never had.
But all matches online are laggy ( I have verry good internet ~ 1Gb down 100 Mb up )
+ Matchmaking don't exist. I play versus Rank 60 players !
I don't recommand this game until this are fixed.

Living in norway and matchmaking as absolutely fine. The game is absolutely new, so you might want to wait a short while an online scene is established close to you
