Exactly the same hilarious chaos only bigger, bombastic and beautiful. Gameplay-wise it's a perfect sequel, but also old fashioned. No rip-offs of other games ideas, no committee's mandatory checkboxes of trendy things. Just took everything that was good and refined it to great. Pricey, but free from tons of DLC-packs and in-game purchases. As and the first game contains zero real-life political propaganda, even if big mouths that deaf to humour want you to think otherwise. Deserves all praises, despite the overhype.
