By a smurf account, he means by you're not using a main account which I know for a fact you are actually using a main account and know that you also do a lot practice matches which don't actually raise any levels in the meantime, which some people like the feller may not understand. But hey, I've never played the game, so who knows, maybe doing practice matches does in some way raise any sort of level?
