My brain is quite literally waking me up at night because it can't stop thinking about this game. And throughout the day too, I will have randomly bubbling thoughts of reviewing my strategy or considering things I haven't tried before.

You WILL fail. You WILL lose. Expect it. Because that is the point. The game has you fail so that you can learn.

Generally speaking, I am not super into adult games, probably because most have very little game in it, or at the very least not "game" that you haven't seen before. And if I just want to jerk off I know where to go as far as the internet goes.
But every once in a while there's a gem that is an actual complex game, or a fleshed out world game, or a game with actually new mechanics with adult themes sprinkled on top rather than *the themes* being the main driver.

Karryn's prison stands atop of the (admittedly short) list of games that stand out for being more than just gratuitous jerk off material... even considering it very much does not lack frequency of nudity and *further*.
Also, consider that this game, despite you possibly having never heard of it, actually has a modding scene.

All in all, Karryn's Prison, out of the "gems" I've found, is the game that inspires me the most to get back on the game dev track myself and try and push the envelope on adult games.

I know it reads like a lot of personal memes rather than a review, but hey... again, as someone who's very skeptical of adult "slop"... I am obsessed with the game. I also don't usually review games so, I can excuse myself, and it should weight on how much of an impression it's left on me.
