Queue is normal for popular MMO for me it means a lot of people. If no queue it is a bad sign it means don't have more people playing it and it goes dead for a month. People said killing oceanic boss monster in archepass exploit he don't have idea about the game that you need a galleon to kill it and anyone in all server don't have a galleon ship yet.
