I received Cyberpunk 2077 as a gift for Christmas, so you could imagine all the news, memes and reviews stating how the game is "unfinished", "buggy", "poorly optimised", "doesn't run", etc etc. I went in with expectations the game will barely run, continually crash, and result in a poor gaming experience. Well, it's safe to say, all that has been said about this game, applies to the old gen PS4/Xbox One consoles.

In my 50 hours of game time, I've experienced all but one crash, bugs and glitches that make me chuckle and laugh more than they annoy and frustrate me. I find it hard to stay mad at these kind of things when the story of the game is so addicting. I've become attached to most main characters. Each having some form of physical/emotional connection with V, is passed onto you as the player controlling V and seeing the story unfold through his/her eyes.

There are 6 endings in this game + a secret ending which can be unlocked if the correct dialogue is chosen at specific times between V and Johnny (I chose the wrong dialogue first playthrough, currently up to my second to get the secret ending option). Each ending never really ends with anyone, yourself included, feeling happy. All endings, hit HARD, real hard... Some dialogue during end credits are a punch to the gut. Very emotional endings in my opinion. Don't be afraid to shed a tear or two.

I can't tell you enough how great of an experience the music/soundtracks in this game creates for me. "Been Good To Know Ya" and "Never Fade Away" caused me goosebumps when hearing them play for the first time. Paired with a well told story, amazing voice acting and beautiful gameplay, this game could leave you feeling empty and sad once finishing it.

I've also began playing my guitar again after hearing Johnny shred on his guitar in game lol. Give CDPR game devs the time they actually pushed for, required and needed to work on this game, and eventually it'll be the masterpiece it was hyped and intended to be.

Remember everyone, Withcer 3 was released in just as bad of a state as Cyberpunk 2077. Look what that game has turned out to be... It's only a matter of time before Cyberpunk 2077 lives up to what it was hyped to be.
