So much better than the first! When I first started this one I was disappointed that it wasn't as dark as the first and seemed light-hearted and goofy. Then I realized that that was the point, and the end was plenty dark and spectacular. Gameplay still is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in terms of controls, but it's something you get used to and can cope with. It doesn't subtract from the game too much. The music is really good and immersive. The voice acting is sooo much better than the first. All around, this is a great game. And everyone says the series gets better and better so I bet Brotherhood is going to be amazing! 9/10

Lots of fun! It's very similar to Portal in style but has a completely different game mechanic. Plus the puzzles are waaaay harder. Kinda lacking in the story department however. I'd give this an 8/10. Worth what I paid for it.

I wish I could say this was a fantastic game, I really do. There are just so many things done so well that other games fail at...the writing is incredible, the story gets better and better throughout the game, the gameplay mechanics are really cool and new, I was really impressed...and then they went and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up. Voice acting sucks sooo much...I hear wonderful lines and they're ruined by the awful delivery. The story...oh god it's just so amazing and good and creepy and awesome and then it just...ends...no fantastic conclusion, no Desmond escaping from the facility, no we have to wait for the SECOND one to do that >:F. And the allmighty thing that breaks the game is the controls. They're so horribly awful, whoever came up with it needs to be fired. It ruins the parkour because all you're doing is holding down two buttons and watching as Altiar does cool ♥♥♥♥...no skill involved in that part. And then the combat system is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because it only responds to what you tell it to do half the time and the AI sucks too so they're constantly trying to hit you but then acting like "nah Ima just wait here" so then you try to counterattack and someone else attacks and then you die.

I'm just so horribly frustrated with how good this game could have been. So many things done amazingly well, and so few ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, but those few things make it a bad expierence. 6/10...and I'm being nice. Buy the third one, that looks good.

So much fun! A great tower defense game, would be a lot of fun with friends...*coughcoughbuyitnowcough* it's addicting and the gameplay is always different, the levels call for loads of different strategies. Really well done, especially for an indie game. 8/10

Dayum this game kicks ass. The gameplay is only perfected from Arkham Asylum, and still has the fantastic combat system. The story is gripping, Batman seems like a realistic character. The graphics are really good, especially with the DirectX 11 options (makes my compy lag like crazy). The music I think is actually BETTER than the Hans Zimmer soundtrack to the actual Batman movie, I even bought the full soundtrack and it's well worth it. All I can say is buy this game, it's worth every penny you pay for it. It takes quite a while to beat the main campaign and after that, there are still a bunch of side missions and little things to do to keep the game fun for a long time. Plus there's the DLC that came out so I'll try that out pretty soon as well. Fantastic game, 10/10.

Pretty good game, worth what it's priced at. I enjoyed the mood it sets and the puzzles. The only downside is that the end is disappointing. 8/10

Fantastic game. I thought that the amazing reviews were wrong or askew or something, but this really truly is an amazing game. The gameplay mechanics and controls are really fluid and easy to get used to, you really feel like you're controlling Batman. The music is almost as good as the actual Hans Zimmer Batman soundtrack. The story is great and makes me actually care about the characters. It feels like a ramped up arcade game or something, it's just done sooo well. The only downside to it is that it's hard as ♥♥♥♥ and extremely frustrating, especially towards the end. The two boss battles before the final one are mindblowingly difficult, especially with the controls you're given. However, the final battle is nothing much, so it's a bit underwhelming. All I can say is that if this game is this good, and everyone is saying that Arkham City is better, then I can't wait to try that out. 10/10

This was such a disappointment...I'd buy this only if you have a friend to play it with, since it's almost completely unplayable unless you're in co-op. The graphics are barely a step up from FEAR 2, the story is even MORE ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up as ♥♥♥♥ to the point that it doesn't make any sense and is almost completely ignored by the players. There really are no scares...seriously, it's a game called FEAR and I didn't jump once?? Gameplay is weird...there's an unnecessary cover system that only gets in the way. The ending is a disappointment that made both me and Scott laugh. This game does have a fantastic upside however: the multiplayer gamemodes. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Run is so much fun and gives you an adrenaline rush like no other, if anything I'd buy the game for that. 5.5/10

This definitely the best FEAR game. Awesome scares, good graphics, runs really really well, story is even more ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up as ♥♥♥♥, and the gameplay is kickass. I had loads of fun playing this game. 8.5/10

It's good...not amazing, but good. You kinda need to play the first one to understand the story of second and third. The gameplay is addictive and creative, and the story is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up as ♥♥♥♥, yet amazing. I'd buy this if you're planning on playing the whole series, it's quite fun. 7/10
