Pros
- Clean and minimal style which allows for less-cluttered thinking.
- Well-thought out puzzles to get your mind to work.
- Wonderful voice acting.
- Interesting narratives.
- Beautiful soundtrack and good sound effects.
- Creative concepts.
- Few to no bugs.
- Different characters with different abilities and distinct personality traits.
- Emotionally attaching to the player. First time I cared for a couple of squares and rectangles.
- A lot of levels but not too much.

Cons
- Sometimes physics can be weird.
- Controls are meh.
- Sometimes you may pull out your hair trying to figure out a level.

Overall, this game is beautiful in every way (voice acting, graphics, art style, storyline, concepts, etc.) and is well programmed to avoid many common bugs. However, physics needs to be worked on a bit and controls need to be re-done. Difficulty is not too hard, but sometimes frustrating. The good HEAVILY outweighs the bad in this game, get it. I'd say this game is worth $13 (more than it's original price), so GET IT ON SALE.

- Great soundtrack and sound quality.
- Randomized level design for fresh gameplay.
- Variety of logs to collect to further understand the alien world.
- Really fun with friends.
- Permanent death to ensure you think realistically and try not to kill your character (or you'll get the consequence).
- Fantastic art style.
Cons
- Sometimes a bit too much to intake for new players (add a tutorial or something)
- Feels repetitive at times.
- Needs more video options incase you have a good/bad computer.

Overall, this game is extraordinary and is worth the full price. I got this game for like $2.00 and it was DAMN worth it. Makes you feel like your actually in the game and gets you to think about survival. Very few cons about this game; the positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

Sometimes I get a bit lost since it doesn't really show where to go (I usually go back to my last platform because of this).

[ A simple review for simple people. ]

After ~500 hours invested in this game, I've come up with the major pros and cons of this game.

Pros: - Many dedicated servers along various types of gamemodes.
- Steam Workshop provides many creations from others and is essentially a hub for inventions and innovations.
- Amazing replay value.
- Easy to use, very simple things to know when building and connecting to servers is just a click away.
- Funny and entertaining.

Cons: - Toxic community filled with kids, with the ocassional funny/cool people.
- Textures for this game require you to have other games installed (HL2, CS:S, L4D, etc.)
- Servers take very long to join. If it has a lot of content (like a lot of roleplay servers) it will take ~10-40 minutes, if it has little content (sandbox servers) it will take ~5-25 minutes.
- DDoS happens somewhat frequently.
- Odd stuff in servers and workshop. Common examples are MLP, FNaF, furry, etc.

You'll either hate it or love it. Worth the $10 (get it on sale).
