I've so far only played the Online, and intend to explore the storymode later.
So please only read this as a review for the Online side of it!

So okay. First thing is, you need that mod that lets you play in a private server with friends.
This is because Public servers are full of hackers and the game itself is massively buggy and dysfunctional in Public. In the private server mod you enjoy a smooth bug-free experience and a hacker won't blow you to bits every time your wind-beaten Outlaw takes a breath on the screen.

Ok, with that out of the way, very strong recommend!
My favorite things:
- Horses
- Horse colors
- Horse customization (manes, tails, saddles)
- Horse animations (I've never seen horses so realistic and beautiful in any other game)
- Riding horses
- Amazing realism with the nature, lots of variety in wildlife so it feels very immersive
- Amazing variety of "biomes" into just one map based on different natural environments in USA
- Hunting is fun
- Architecture, especially the city of Saint Denis (based on New Orleans) is beautiful and has lots of attention to detail
- Character creation is very cool, and gives you quite interesting options

...The Professions, Daily Quests and other actual gameplay that lets you gain Dollars and Gold are kinda mid and grindy, but tolerable. They're not terrible and there's a lot I will do to buy those new horses and maybe a new shirt for my guy to look good too. Yeehaw!
