I haven't been paying attention to SourceMod for a while. If you have a question, I'm probably not the person to ask. If it's about an existing plugin, then post on the SM Discord or AlliedMods and hope somebody can answer your question. If it's a question about something I mentioned once three years ago and never came back to, then good luck and godspeed. Either way, I probably don't know the answer to your question.

@marxvee The party lead decided Mannpower wasn't the play mid-round and pulled our 4-stack to a different game. There's no escaping the 10 second 'match found' timer.
