Excellent musou experience. Buttloads of Dragon Quest flair. Comedic, fun story and dialogue. Lots of options for a console port. Looks and runs great on Windows 10 pro, GTX 960, at 1080/60 on an ASUS 144hz monitor. The light RPG mechanics are a real treat, especially if you are a fan of the Dragon Quest series of classic JRPGs. Overall just a real treat of a game if you like this sort of thing. I can definitely see it becoming samey after a while so if you are not a fan of musou-style games or Dragon Quest then your mileage may vary.

Very hopeful that the sequel makes its way to Steam in the future.
