A phenomenal management game, with a brilliant difficulty curve throughout the campaign, culminating in a lengthy, interesting, tricky final level. A beautiful art style and lots of systems to manage, but with enough down time to wander around your own creation enjoying the sights. Nothing negative to say about this game at all.
