House Flipper is great if you like to be creative! While I have some gripes about the limited (and at times, ugly/garish) choices for furniture, wallpaper, paint, fabric patterns etc -- overall this is a VERY fun game that is very easy to sink a ton of time into. It may seem a bit chore-intensive at first, but it's pretty easy to unlock skills that make the boring stuff go way faster. By the way, make sure to take pictures of your rooms before and after if you don't have the HGTV DLC (or even if you do, honestly, because the automatic pictures it takes may not feature what you're proudest of or took the most time on) -- there's no Before/After montage without it and you don't get to go back into the house you flipped and look at what you did after it's sold.
