Worst support experience in any game I've ever played.

They banned me while I was away on vacation, got home to be greeted with "Youre banned until 2035 lmao for EULA VIOLATION". I don't even know why I was banned, likely some sort of clerical error.

Update: 6 days later: only 2 bot confirmation emails saying that they're busy.
Update: 7 days later: now I have 5 bot confirmation emails saying that they're busy.
Update: 13 days later: No new emails since last update.
Update: 2 weeks later: I got a new automated email saying they're busy.
Update: 20 days later: no message that any human has even seen the thing yet
Update: 21 days later: Issue resolved: they had detected a suspiscious login and so shut down my acct to prevent anything from being stolen, gotta say that part worked, what didn't work was having to wait 21 days to get my account unlocked after being hacked.

Mind they DIDN'T TELL ME that I was suspended for a suspiscious login until weeks after the suspiscious login, information THAT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL TO GET when someone has access to your login credentials.
--- Update A Year Later ---
The devs delete any forum posts talking about moderator abuse and poor support service on their forums, and then punish those users with forum bans. Sorry but I can't support any developer who does this shady crap.

New Update as well: Out of curiosity I logged into my forum profile and of course nothing I've sent to the devs with regards to abusive mods was every followed up on. Once again DE proved that they're incapable and unwilling to improve themselves. (6 months to reply to a moderator abuse report w/ evidence attached, ignored completely, totally professional!)
