if you're not buying horizons don't buy the game. Simple as that, original version is just a demo where you can get quests for the full game and never do them.... because you can't.

some quests will only be finishable if you have the dlc, for me they told to enter a planet, which I cant.

What do you mean? You can easily do quests on the base game fine.
