Graal Era is a game with a lot of potential. As a game developer myself, Graal online era is so pay-to-fast that I would practically call it 'pay-to-win'. If you want to buy even a mediocre weapon that deals just 7-8 damage, you have to spend months farming—months. This simply drives away players who don't have the time to invest in the game. Jobs are repetitive; there should be an easier progression system where you can earn money more efficiently with increased effort. For instance, mining becomes very monotonous over time, and eventually, you encounter events like bugs or cave collapses specifically designed to discourage the use of macros. Implement a simpler progression system where, for instance, players can purchase different types of faster drills, not solely based on their level. This approach caters to both players with limited time and those with ample time to spare.

Moreover, the game servers seem inadequate, failing to support even 2k players despite not being a 3D game. This issue needs to be addressed promptly. If the game heavily relies on farming, the jobs should be more accommodating to all players, as mentioned earlier. This will not only deter tryhard and toxic individuals but also attract a more sensible player base. Consider a comprehensive rework of all weapons to ensure consistent damage output, both in terms of monetary and actual damage.

Sound design is lacking in this game; it lacks ambient sounds and other crucial effects. Likewise, the user interface (UI) desperately needs a revamp to provide a fresh visual experience. The (UI) feels old, really old.

However, the most crucial aspect of maintaining a community is transparency and communication. It's commendable that you've responded somewhat to the community's feedback by releasing the game on Steam.

Despite years of play, it's evident that while certain aspects have improved (such as the map), others have deteriorated significantly, contributing to the game's declining player base. Nevertheless, Graal Era possesses immense potential, especially considering its ability to retain a player base from 2013-2012 to 2024—an impressive feat.

To enhance the game's appeal on Steam, enlist the expertise of a graphic designer to overhaul its visuals. Engaging images and videos play a pivotal role in attracting players, while the community and the game's focus determine whether they stay and enjoy it in the long run.

And the way the game is right now, I don't think the new player will last long.

Thank you..
