At this point I've played it for too long to truly ever give up on it but the game isn't worth the download or to come back to anymore. Content rolls in just about as slow as the hype for Half Life 3. They've added 2 new cases and redone Train, a map not too many of us were asking for. That's about it other than some minor tweaking. Valve has completely given up on trying to even touch the cheating problem so much so that it feels like they actually disabled VAC for CS. If it's not the lack of content or the cheating problem to make you stay away then the bugs should. There has been everything from broken player models, Michael Jackson leaning around corners with your player model, audio bugs, faulty servers that constantly jitter, or the implementation of damage prediction which works as well as a ceiling fan trying to make a smoothie. You also can never truly turn off damage prediction as the server still has to calculate if it thinks you killed your enemy or vice versa. To me is was a waste of time and something to try and get us away from complaining about the state of the game by adding something that "may" be accurate. Overall the game has just gone downhill so far and there is nothing that is going to change. Go play something else. At this point any CoD title is better than this.
